When arriving in CUE Podgorica guest is obliged to register at the Front desk and perform all the formalities related to hotel stay.

• Guests are kindly advised to carry the key card with a room number.
• Rooms can be used only by guests registered at the Front desk.
• Every visitor must be announced by the guest to the Front desk staff with obligatory submission of personal document.
• Bringing flammable or explosive materials, as well as materials with strong, unpleasant smell, is not allowed.
• For sanitary reasons, it is not allowed to bring in or out food and beverage.
• If a guest possesses weapons, he/she is obliged to inform the Front desk staff to place them for safekeeping in a special safe box during the stay in the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are recommended to keep all valuables in the room safe. The hotel is not responsible in case of loss.
• It is not allowed to prepare food in the rooms, use appliances that could potentially cause fire or damage, or use loud instruments, radios, TVs, or similar appliances that can disturb other guests.
• Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and outdoors.
• If a guest causes damage in the hotel premises, to appliances, installation, or inventory, he/she is obliged to pay for the damage by departure time. The level of responsibility and amount of damage charge is determined by an authorized hotel employee.
• In order to prepare a room for new guests, you are kindly asked to leave your room by noon.
• Unauthorized and unannounced usage of accommodation is additionally charged by the hotel rate list.
• Hotel services can be paid in advance or after presenting the invoice. Payment guarantee is obligatory.
• Breakfast is served from 07:00 till 10:30 and on weekends till 11:00 o’clock.
