House rules in CUE Podgorica represent a number of rules established to ensure full comfort to all our guests.
Please respect and follow these rules, otherwise the hotel keeps the right to cancel the services with charging all the expenses made until that moment.
- When arriving in CUE Podgorica guest is obliged to register at the Front desk and perform all the formalities related to hotel stay.
- Guests are kindly advised to carry the key card with a room number.
- Rooms can be used only by guests registered at the Front desk.
- Every visitor must be announced by the guest to the Front desk staff with obligatory submission of personal document.
- Bringing flammable or explosive materials, as well as materials with strong, unpleasant smell, is not allowed.
- For sanitary reasons it is not allowed to bring in or out food and beverage.
- If guest possesses the weapons, he/she is obliged to inform the Front desk staff in order to place it for safekeeping in the special safe box, through his/her stay in the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We recommend to the guests to keep all the valuables in the room safe. In case of loss, hotel is not responsible.
- It is not allowed to prepare food in the rooms, usage of appliances that could potentially cause fire or damage, as well as loud instruments, radio, TV, or similar appliances which can disturb other guests.
- Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and outdoors.
- If the guest by his/her behavior causes damage in the hotel premises, to appliances, installation, or inventory, he/she is obliged to pay damage by departure time. Level of responsibility and amount of damage charge is determined by authorized hotel employee;
- In order to prepare a room for new guests, you are kindly asked to leave your room by noon. Unauthorized and unannounced usage of accommodation is additionally charged by hotel rate list;
- Hotel services can be paid in advance or after presenting the invoice. Payment guarantee is obligatory.
- Breakfast is served from 07:00 till 10:30 and on the weekends till 11:00 0’clock.
